If u dun have self control over your emotions, it can really be a bummer. I know that, and it's really affecting my relationship.
Its wrong to flare up over trivial things, the important thing is to control how you feel and deal with it with a mature and reasonable way.
I sincerely hope this will never happen to me again. Once is enough to keep me in check. The importance of self control can never be re emphasized.
